An existing two storey Traditional Villa family home located in the well-established suburb of Fendalton was seeking a modern-day revival to better serve the lifestyle of the owners – with a focus on the everyday function and flow of the house and a desirable need to entertain family and friends.

The Traditional Villa’s alterations included a remodelled interior layout and the design of a new outdoor entertaining space with greater connection to the interior living spaces by new larger openings between. To compliment and bring it all together, an overall refreshment of the finishing of the home completed the alterations, respecting the traditional character and cultural heritage of the home.
